DRSL provide dispute resolution services on behalf of several sectors, including Telecommunications and Finance. These dispute resolution services; TDR (Telecommunications Dispute Resolution) and FDR (Financial Dispute Resolution), rely on a strong web presence to engage with consumers. 

Sparks designed and developed websites for each service, providing important resources for educating, filtering and gathering complaints from consumers. The two sites were built in tandem and are designed to share a common look and feel, inline with the DRSL branding.

Each site includes features targeted towards their specific site audiences, including user guides, specialised forms and interactive calculators.

The FDR site features an advanced filtering system that is designed to help consumers see if their financial service providers are part of the FDR scheme. The tool allows users to search for individuals, companies or organisations making it easy to find the details of their provider.

The FDR site also features important membership tools for the financial institutions themselves, allowing DRSL to continue to add financial service providers to the scheme.
